If for some reason you are not then please let us know within 48 hours by emailing support@hqglo.com with photographic evidence so that we can arrange for a reclean completely free of charge. Please note that failure to produce photographic evidence within this time will negate the HQ GLO Guarantee.
Our standard turnaround is a month's notice. In some cases, we can start as quickly as two weeks from agreeing on the Scope of Work.
Absolutely! For any additional cleaning tasks not covered in your current plan, please reach out to us 48 hours in advance. We’ll provide a quote and schedule the extra services at your convenience.
Our cleaners are the best paid in area. For years we were caught competing on the price we charged for our cleaning, which led to paying cleaners as little as possible...that's the wrong way. Paying too little leads to disengaged cleaners who are unreliable, show up late and don't do a good job. Now, we pay them as much as we can afford to, which is currently up to £15 per hour plus bonuses. This helps us find the best cleaners, invest in their training, set expectations and deliver a great quality clean.
